This policy defines how seller payouts work, including when funds may be held to protect buyers and Digitaview Market from fraud or disputes.
Payout Process
- Payments are released to sellers after successful delivery
- Payout can be scheduled daily or weekly, depending on the seller preference
- Payments go to the seller’s registered bank account, Ewallet, BlueWallet or EasyWallet
Payout Withholding Situations
Digitaview may temporarily hold payouts if:
- Open Disputes
Funds related to disputed orders are held until resolution.
- Suspected Fraud or Risky Behavior
Examples:
- Fake products
- Duplicate accounts
- Price manipulation
- Misleading tracking
- Account Verification Issues
If seller ID or business documents are incomplete.
- Policy Violations
Any violation of:
- Terms & Conditions
- Seller Code of Conduct
- Listing Policy
- Prohibited Items Policy
Fraud Prevention Measures
Digitaview may take action if fraud is suspected:
- Withhold payouts
- Freeze seller account
- Request additional verification
- Reverse payouts to compensate buyers
- Report serious fraud to authorities
Fraud includes:
- Selling counterfeit products
- Fake tracking numbers
- Not delivering goods after receiving orders
- Using multiple accounts to avoid penalties
Recovery of Losses
Digitaview may deduct from the seller’s account for:
- Buyer refunds
- Return shipping (for seller error)
- Penalties for policy violations
- Fraud-related losses
If the seller balance is insufficient:
- Digitaview may issue a debit request
- Future payouts may be withheld
Account Closure
Digitaview may permanently close a seller account for:
- Fraud
- Repeated policy violations
- Severe misconduct
- Selling illegal or unsafe products
Remaining payouts may be withheld pending investigation.
