Seller Membership & Fees

Prohibited & Restricted Products

Sellers may not list:

• Drugs or controlled substances

• Items violating Namibian law
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Hazardous or unsafe products

Digitaview Market reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

Product Listings & Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

• Upload clear and original images.
• Display prices that include all applicable fees or taxes.
• Ensure stock availability.
• Honor orders placed by buyers.

Digitaview Market may edit or remove listings that violate policy.

Orders & Payments

By placing an order, buyers agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

• Bank EFT
• Cash payments (where applicable)

Digitaview Market does not currently accept credit card or PayPal payments.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

• Circumvent payment, membership, or listing systems.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

Intellectual Property
