FIXED-TERM SUPER OPERATOR TRAINING PROGRAM

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to participate in our Super Operator Training Program, aimed at developing multi-skilled, cross-functional operators across the Ekango Salt Refiners: Manufacturing Plant and Walvis Bay Salt Refiners: Wash Plant, with possibility to expand to heavy duty operators and other operational departments.

This program is designed to strengthen collaboration across teams (Partnership), building adaptable and versatile operators (Agility), encourage continuous improvement and problem-solving (Innovation), and enhance overall operational excellence (Performance).
